Empowered Healing Practices & Joy Labs
A space to take your power back on your healing journey & rediscover your Joy.
Empowered Healing Practices
My name is Sarah George and this is where Joy Labs started, with Empowered Healing Practices. The practices and offerings I shared here shift our bodies into states that are optimal for healing; They are specifically designed to evoke biological processes that shift our bodies from stress to rest and foster intentional, positive connection between the mind and body.
It was designed for people who are tired of being told there are no more options to relieve your physical suffering and are looking for more.

Providing you with a safe space to focus on healing
Empowered Healing Practices was designed to bridge the gap between science and humanity and between mind and body to fully tap into our potential to heal our bodies. Our focus is on 4 science-backed practices: Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, Gratitude, and Deep Relaxation. You can learn more about each one on our Core Practices page.
Although EHP is on permanent hiatus while Sarah focuses on Joy Labs, we still offer ways to engage with the practices and find support on your healing journey:

Science-based practices
Our core practices are grounded in science. This means the benefits and efficacy of the Core Practices have been demonstrated through scientific investigation and peer-reviewed findings.
Across the globe, there are a variety of healing practices, both new and ancient, that are accepted and utilized by all sorts of communities. I am interested in all of them, yet some of these practices have not yet been fully explored by scientific study.
For now, you can rest assured that the Empowered Healing Core Practices you engage with here have shown positive physical, mental, and/or emotional benefits that are supported in the scientific literature and community. Check out our Library of scientific articles to learn more!
