Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the inaugural STAY Week Party in the Park brought to you by Joy Labs, Little Peach & Pen Co., and Blazing Star. This event will be held outdoors at Riverside Park on the north side of Grand Rapids, Michigan. It is a one day opportunity to sell your wares to STAY as we celebrate the 8th anniversary of the Fandom. Please take a moment to read over the details and event policies before filling out the application below.
Booth Space:
10’X10’ grassy area. Vendors are welcome to bring a pop-up tent along with the rest of their booth supplies including tables and chairs.
Cost to register:
$65 for merchant vendors
$100 for local businesses who wish to set up an information booth to promote their business.
Each registration includes up to 2 booth staff members. If your booth requires additional staff, no worries. You can register more members for an additional staffing fee of $30 per person. Please list your additional staff members directly on the application form below, and it will be reflected on the invoice once your application is approved.
Rules:
Registrants are required to bring their own booth set up, including table, chairs, and pop-up tents as desired.
If you are a vendor, the majority of your merchandise must be related to Stray Kids or K-Pop.
This is a family friendly event. 18+ materials are strictly prohibited from being displayed.
Illegal items of any kind are strictly forbidden.
Registrants accept all responsibility for any damages left to the event space due to their display.
Joy Labs and it’s collaborators are not liable for any stolen or damaged display items.
Vendors can arrive on site to begin setting up as early as 10:00am and are expected to stay for the duration of the event noted below.
Applications will be reviewed and approved on a rolling-basis. Applications will remain open until all spots are filled or until Saturday, July 11 whichever comes first.
Selected registrants will receive an invoice that reflects their selected options below (Booth Type: Vendor or Business, # of staff, etc.). Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or their spot will be forfeit.
