Whether it’s a few hours or a full day, your time and talents can help lift others up and move a mission forward. Sign up to help us make meaningful change.

Here’s a rundown of the help we’ll need on August 1st

• Set Up/Tear Down: All volunteers will have the chance to help the crew set up and tear down on Event Day.

• Marketing: Help us spread the word by distributing our fliers, postcards, and posts online.

• Check-In Table: You’ll greet STAYs as they arrive, check them if they’ve registered online, hand out their merch bags if they’ve purchased one, and give them the lay of the land.

• Craft & Games: We’ll have a few different crafts (make your own bag charm) and games throughout the day. We’ll need your help managing resources, explaining rules, and supporting STAY.

• Face Paint/Temp Tattoo

• Runner: You’re going to be everyone’s favorite person today. Check in with our vendors, DJ, food trucks and other staff to help with small needs (water, directions, quick questions), and make sure everyone feels supported.

Special Note: There will be two short (1-hr) gatherings to help us all prep for event day.

Saturday July 25, Virtual

To be selected as a volunteer, you must commit to attending one or both meetings. Here, we’ll take the time to get to know one another, talk through the flow of the event, make sure everyone is clear on their roles for the day, and address any questions you might have.
